These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rathole Brewing Syndicate website and its simulated social casino games. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must exit the Boiler Room immediately. The games provided are for entertainment purposes only.

The virtual currency used on this platform is called "Brass Pints" (BRP). You must understand and agree to the following regarding BRP:

• BRP has absolutely zero real-world monetary value.
• BRP cannot be purchased with real money, traded, sold, or redeemed for cash, goods, or services.
• BRP is awarded purely through gameplay mechanics, daily bonuses, and achievements.
• We reserve the right to modify, clear, or reset BRP balances at our sole discretion for technical or balancing purposes.

4. Access, Guest Accounts, and Service Availability

The Syndicate operates on a guest-access model utilizing local storage. You do not need to provide personal details to spin the engines. However, this means your progress and BRP balance are tied to your specific browser and device. Clearing your cache will result in the loss of your virtual progress. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the site.

5. Prohibited Conduct and System Abuse

When operating the Syndicate's engines, you agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or software to manipulate the slot reels or the gear wheel.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the website's HTML, CSS, or JavaScript mechanics.
• Use the site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, provincial, or national laws.

Any suspected abuse may result in immediate and permanent blockage from the site.

7. Disclaimers of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The social casino games are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the virtual games. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rathole Brewing Entertainment Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the simulated platform.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law (BC, Canada)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
